Gems is a valuable currency that drops to players every 3 minutes for playing on a servers. Gems allow players to purchase valuable goods from the gems exchange, or exchange them for Titan credits. Exchange Rates You can exchange $0.30 Titan credits for every 1 gem. You receive 900 gems for every 1 Refined Metal, but you get 1 Refined Metal for every 1,000 gems.

You can only convert gems into Titan credits. We do not support conversion for the other way round.

This is usually caused by either one the issues listed below. Please open a ticket regarding the issue so that we can re-deliver the items to you. - `Items Now Unavailable For Trade`: This is sometimes a human error where we attempt to send you items that were already on its way to another player. Please accept your item deliveries as soon as you receive them to avoid this. - `Trade Offer Expired`: The trade offer containing the items is automatically marked as expired by Steam, if the receiver does not accept or reject the trade offer for more than 2 weeks. Please accept your item deliveries as soon as you receive them to avoid this.

When an order is marked as failed, it is usually caused by the issues listed below that is restricting us from sending the items to you. Please open a ticket regarding the issue after verifying that none of the issues listed below are restricting the trade offer feature on your account. `Invalid Trade Offer URL` The trade offer url you have provided is either not (or no longer) valid, or the trade offer url does not belong to your Steam account. Paste your (https://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacytrade_offer_access_url) into your "Trade Offer URL" box in the (settings) page. `Private Inventory` Go to your (http://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings) and check "Viewable by anyone on the World-Wide Web" under the inventory section.
